For me, she represents perfectly the NYC girls....
Looks great, and she pulls it off so well!
The torn jeans, when done properly, are cute and hot at the same time. The loose t-shirt in contrast to the short cut-offs along with the longer sweater and perfect messy hair... NICE!
She pulls this off wonderfully. Unfortunately, for all of the women who pull this off flawlessly, there are 20 hoochie mamas who have bastardized the look.
I'm going to carry around her picture for all the hoochies out there... Learn from this woman!!!

Do people look at you crazy and run away when you ask them if you can take their picture?? and then the really rad dressed people understand you appriciate their rad outfits??? .....People run away from me....I should wear a "blogger" sign in SB. I have such appriciation for what you do!
