Halloween. As I moved around town from the Upper East Side to Mid-Town to Union Square and Brooklyn for different reasons, I regretted not having my camera. Instead I relied on my Iphone..... and this is what I shot. Some are blurry but I think interesting because of the movement and because they are not perfect...... and besides, when are you going to see a Pirate getting into a cab next time.
